<p>Mount Tallac has many dog-friendly trail options rated from moderate to difficult. The most popular trail is the 10.5-mile out and back Mount Tallac Trail which has a rating of difficult.</p>
<p>Dogs are allowed on this trail but may have a challenging time with the scrambles. If you want to avoid the scrambles and still see the great views, a popular place to turn around is at Floating Island Lake or Cathedral Lake.</p>
